My Review of Hello Healthy Skin

I have a special interest in skincare. In fact, my college friends know me for my ability to plaster my face with my latest homemade packs and concoctions.

In her preface, Sindhu mentions that we have all the skincare ingredients we’ll ever need in our kitchens and I wholeheartedly believe in this. It is sad to see people hankering after so-called Ayurvedic skincare products when they can get better-quality, affordable ingredients from their pantries.

Sindhu has categorized all the different skincare ingredients from A to Z for easy reference. She’s provided an in-depth look at the uses and benefits of each ingredient and followed it up with a list of various face packs that can be made with them. You’ll find a pack for practically every skin issue in this book!

What I find notable is that Sindhu has provided the measurements of each ingredient in a face pack. Often, authors of skincare books miss out on this important element.

Did you know that you can make homemade deodorant with beeswax? Why should you buy expensive, polluting, and harmful deodorants from the market when you can make safe alternatives at home?

The humble coconut oil is the best stress reliever. It has many beauty benefits you’d be surprised to learn about.

Hello Healthy Skin is packed with useful tips to ensure that your skin looks and feels the best it has ever been. All you need to do is be regular with your beauty regimen. Natural ingredients take time to show effects but they do not cause any harm. On the other hand, commercial products are designed to act fast to keep people coming back for them.

Sindhu has included packs for all types of skin, most skin issues, and even season-specific advice. I highly recommend that you download this book for free from the Blogchatter website while you still can!
