My Thoughts

Rating: 4 out of 5.

365 Days of Gratitude Journal is the perfect tool to practice daily gratitude. I found the shades of blue, brown, and grey soothing, calming, and peaceful. This is a journal I would turn to every day to record the things I am grateful for. It is only when we write things down that they seem so real, so close.

This journal has five prompts for each day and is designed to be picked up at the end of your day. However, the author mentions that you can choose to use it first thing in the morning, too.

At the end, there is space for you to record what you felt grateful for in the past year–like a final check–broken down into three-month blocks.

(I received a copy of the journal from Rachel’s Random Resources in exchange for an honest review.)

‘Gratitude is the wine for the soul. Go on. Get drunk.’

Being grateful is easy…

…when everything goes according to plan.

But how do you keep at it no matter what life throws at you?

Enter 365 Days of Gratitude, the undated daily journal that will help you stay on track.

After years of barely surviving her own emotional minefield, writing coach Mariëlle S. Smith discovered the transformative power of practising gratitude. But, like no one else, she knows that cultivating an attitude of gratitude is easier said than done.
